VilloHQ is a property-management platform operated by Resurgence Cloud LLC (“VilloHQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use villohq.com and the VilloHQ apps, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the landlords and property managers who use VilloHQ and to the residents and applicants they manage through it.

Information We Collect

• Account information — name, email, phone number, and login credentials.
• Property & tenancy information — properties, units, leases, applications, residents, and related documents you add to the platform.
• Payment information — billing details and rent payments, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
• Communications — messages, maintenance requests, and support inquiries you send through VilloHQ.
• Technical data — limited device, log, and usage information collected automatically to operate and secure the service.

How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the platform — rent collection, leases and e-signature, maintenance, and the resident portal.
• Send account, transactional, and service messages, including rent reminders, payment receipts, maintenance updates, and announcements (by email and, where you have opted in, by text message).
• Process payments and subscriptions through our payment provider.
• Provide customer support and improve the service.
• Protect against fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Mobile & Text Messaging (SMS) Privacy

We use mobile phone numbers only to send the messages you have signed up for. We will never sell or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging (SMS) opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Only the service providers that help us deliver messages (for example, our messaging carrier) may access a phone number, solely to deliver messages on our behalf, and they may not use it for their own purposes. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who perform essential functions on our behalf (such as payment processing, hosting, email, and SMS delivery), when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the public. Landlords and property managers using VilloHQ are responsible for the resident information they manage through the platform.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.

Your Choices

• Text messages — reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
• Email — use the unsubscribe link in non-essential emails.
• Access & correction — contact us to access, update, or request deletion of your information.

Children’s Privacy

VilloHQ is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
