Text Message Program

VilloHQ (operated by Resurgence Cloud LLC) offers an opt-in text-messaging program so landlords, property managers, and the residents they manage can receive timely account and service updates by text. Participation is always voluntary.

Messages You May Receive

• Rent reminders and payment confirmations or receipts
• Maintenance request updates and scheduling
• Lease, renewal, and application notices
• Property and community announcements from your landlord or property manager
• Account and security notifications

How to Opt In

You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — for example, when you add your number in the VilloHQ portal, on a rental application, or on your lease. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of renting. A sample of the consent you agree to:

“I agree to receive recurring automated account, transactional, and informational text messages from VilloHQ (Resurgence Cloud LLC) at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or rental. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.”

How to Opt Out or Get Help

Reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe at any time; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@villohq.com or (937) 681-2699.

Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Privacy
